# Infrastructure & Security

**This article details key aspects of infrastructure and services used to deliver the Remote Management platform.**

**Azure Web App**
Hosted in [Azure](http://azure.microsoft.com/) North Europe region.
Multiple instances, scales out based on demand.

**Security**
Secured by leading identity-as-a-service (IAAS) provider [Auth0](https://auth0.com/security)®.
All communications encrypted over HTTPS.

**Payments**
All payment transactions are handled by [FastSpring](http://www.fastspring.com/) (global E-Commerce platform), and [Paddle](https://www.paddle.com/) which include advanced fraud protection and PCI DSS compliance.

**Session Data**
In order to provide usage reports on the activity of devices we store URLs accessed as well as time spent on these URLs, we do not store content from pages or user sessions in our backend. It's possible to turn off session logging on a per device group basis.
