Offline notifications have been sent for multiple devices that are actually online. The devices themselves are not affected.


We were aware of the issue immediately and traced the cause to what was a minor code update in the Remote Management back-end. This then caused the offline notifications to be fired on those accounts that had these notifications enabled, even if the device was online.


We have reversed the earlier code update.


Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this issue. It was resolved at 10:13 A.M. on 10th December 2018, 20 minutes after the issue first presented itself.
