  • 1st June 2018 - Remote Management Connectivity Issues (Android 4.4 or lower)
    On the 1st June 2018 we were made aware that a handful of customers were unable to register new devices to their remote management accounts. After testing registration from a number of different devices we found that the issue was only present on Android 4.4 or lower.Some readers
  • 1st May 2018 - Security Certificate Expired
    Our security certificate expired on 1st May 2018. This affected devices connecting to remote management (limited connectivity), logging into Remote Management and activating PRO licences. This was resolved at 04:50 UTC (1st May 2018). The Kiosk Browser TeamFew readers

  • 10th December 2018 - Remote Management Online/Offline Notifications (Resolved 10th December 2018)
    Impact Offline notifications have been sent for multiple devices that are actually online. The devices themselves are not affected. Cause We were aware of the issue immediately and traced the cause to what was a minor code update in the Remote Management back-end. This then caused the offline notifications to be fired on those accounts that had these notifications enabled, even if the device was online. Resolution We have reversed the earlier code update.
