You may currently be experiencing issues with Remote Management, including devices showing as offline, devices failing to register to Remote Management, and problems when placing licence orders/subscribing using our store.

We appreciate this is frustrating, and are doing everything we can to minimise the impact it is having. We are working on resolving the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we will update this article when performance has returned to normal.
