Screenshots

An application screenshot differs to a device screenshot, an application screenshot just displays the contents of the application and not anything else on screen.

It's not possible to take device screenshots on all devices without rooting the device, however it is something we continually review.


Alternatively if you are using the Security Module we can request a full screenshot.
