Kiosk Browser Support Model

The team at Kiosk Browser are based in the United Kingdom.  We are a small team of developers and Android enthusiasts, that pride ourselves on the support we offer. 

Our live chat support hours are Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 BST/GMT (we often reply outside of these hours, where possible).  However, during busier periods, or at times when we are working on bringing improvements to Kiosk Browser and Remote Management; our live chat may be offline.  Our live chat will also be offline on most UK public holidays.

If our support agents are not available when you send a message, do not worry as we still receive it and will respond to it as soon as possible, you don't need to stay online as our responses are automatically emailed to you. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

We aim to answer all tickets within two hours during the week and four hours during weekends / public holidays, however tickets raised between 22:00 and 07:00 (UK time) will be picked up as soon as one of our team sees the request.
