We appreciate passwords get forgotten when staff leave etc... but there are no backdoors in Kiosk Browser or Kiosk Launcher as this would create a security risk.

You will need to factory reset your device according to the manufacturers manual and setup Kiosk Browser/Launcher from scratch.
