We appreciate passwords get forgotten when staff leave etc... but there are no backdoors in Kiosk Browser or Kiosk Launcher as this would create a security risk. Amazon’s Fire OS, is quite a different beast from stock Android. Amazon aimed to make their own OS based on AOSP while remaining completely independent of all Google Play Services and certifications, instead favouring their own Amazon services. One downside to this is that Kiosk Browser cannot be set as a default launcher on the device, meaning you cannot truly lock it down from accessing the rest of the device.
